After graduating from California State University Long Beach with a B.A. in Political Science, Mr. Gordon attended the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California. Mr. Gordon was previously General Counsel for a company specializing in consumer and commercial creditor's rights. Mr. Gordon brings eleven years of experience to the firm and continues to specialize in civil litigation. He has had extensive trial experience throughout the duration of his practice, representing many financial institutions, debt buyers, and credit unions. He deals with civil defense work, as well as FDCPA and FCRA compliance
