Laura McCarthy Hoalst joined our firm in 1992. Ms. Hoalst has been practicing before the bankruptcy courts since graduating from the University of La Verne Law School in 1981. She received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University at Fullerton. She has an extensive background in financial and bankruptcy litigation, including business reorganization and consumer bankruptcy cases.
Ms. Hoalst specializes in creditor's rights in bankruptcy including relief from stay, nondischargeability complaints, and objection to confirmation of Chapter 13 and 11 bankruptcies.
