After graduating from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in Political Science, Ms. Rust attended the San Fernando Valley College of Law and received a Juris Doctor degree in 2004. She is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Rust brings six years of experience as a law clerk with the Los Angeles Superior Court. Ms. Rust specializes in creditor's rights in both state and federal court. Ms. Rust currently volunteers at the Orange County Food Bank as well as working with children in the Orange County foster care system. Ms. Rust is a current member of the California Creditor's Bar, NARCA, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Young Lawyer's Association and the Celtic Bar Association.
