Stephen R. Pritsker E-mail: steve_pritsker@winnsims.com Stephen R. Pritsker joined our firm in September 2001. He graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree and then attended Western State University College of Law and in 1991, graduated with honors including two American Jurisprudence Awards. Mr. Pritsker brings to the firm fourteen years of attorney creditor representation in Bankruptcy and State Courts. He has also taught and practiced in the area of Tax and Estate Planning. He deals with Creditor Probate and Trust issues as well as FDCPA compliance. In addition to practicing in the California State and Bankruptcy Courts, he has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California as well as all Federal Ninth Circuit Courts in the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts. Mr. Pritsker is a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Al Malaikah Shrine Temple.
